Privacy Policy

At "Format My Fuzzy CSV" (the App), we understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This privacy policy explains what information we collect from users in the App, how we use that information, and how we protect it.

We collect the following information from our customers, merchants on Shopify:

Merchants’ Shopify store link
Mapping of wholesaler CSV to Shopify CSV format
Daily jobs, including CSV source and which one of saved mappings to apply

We do not have merchants' names or have access to merchants’ location or when the merchants use the App. The file you format is stored in memory of our servers and only persists while the formatting is in progress.

For merchants who have set daily auto sync, we also persist merchants’ emails to send summary and error emails for auto sync jobs. We do not sell or trade the emails to any other party. For auto sync jobs, the CSV files are stored on our servers temporarily after fetching and deleted immediately following the sync job. The data in CSV files we fetch for auto sync jobs are not read by humans and never transferred outside of this app, and soley used to create update data to send to Shopify.

For merchants who create auto sync jobs from CSV files from Google Drive, the merchants’ Google API tokens are stored. The tokens are deleted when the app is uninstalled.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide the functionality of our app, specifically to format CSV files for use with Shopify. We do not share or sell your information to any third party.

Where Your Information is Stored

We store merchant information in Firestore database, which is provided by Google Cloud Platform. We take reasonable steps to protect your information and maintain its confidentiality.

If you are a European Union resident, you have the right to access and request information we store to be corrected or deleted. For the email address, mapping data, and auto sync jobs we store, you can delete your data from the App. If you have further requests, please contact us with the method mentioned below.

If we are required by law enforcement to release our data about a specific user, we may do so.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon modification. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
